YOUR ROLE
- Product CCMS/Off Spec investigation and coordination, cooperating with related departments/functions to dig out the root cause and implemented the corrective & preventive;
- Corrective and preventive action effectiveness validation;
- Collecting customer special requirements and implementation, coordinating with related functions and defined whether we can achieve it or not, then feedback or make explanation to customer;
- Leading & participating the process and product audit, regularly review & revise the PFMEA/CP once faced CCMS/critical off Spec or there are engineering/process changes;
- Supporting with related function team to handle the OSMI timely;
- Cooperating with QA or sales to accept the customer visit and audits;
- Initiating the quality planning;
- Initiating or implementing the continuous improvement Projects;
- Regularly review and update the planning wheel, balance wheel ,FG spec. if there are updates;
- Bachelor degree or above is necessary, major in chemistry or related chemical;
- Experienced in quality control or management will be preferred, excellent graduates also can be accepted;
- Goods learning and fully passion in problem solving or approaches studying;
- Good teamwork and collaboration;
- Highly passion in target achieving and optimism under pressure;
- Good communication skills, both Mandarin and English are fluently in oral and written;
