As a Critical Reagent Associate, you will be part of a team responsible for the establishment of new critical reagents and reference materials and management of supplies across R&D and PSC. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Contribute to GSK's overall critical reagent strategy for biopharmaceutical projects. Support oversight of biopharmaceutical critical reagents and reference standards for R&D departments, commercial manufacturing organizations, and contract testing labs. Support the establishment of product specific critical reagents and reference materials including qualification approaches, comparability assessments, and vendor interactions. Administer the critical reagents reference standard inventory program and support the effective transfer to and from R&D and commercial testing sites. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BS with at least 1+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Experience participating in project matrix team and cross-functional task forces. Prior knowledge and experience in the analytical techniques currently used to analyze proteins and/or oligosaccharides. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Understanding of ICH guidelines GMP/ GLP experience The candidate is expected to be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
