YOUR ROLE
  • Plans and implements maintenance and optimization measures
  • Performs technical supervision of line technicians Is responsible for continuous improvement of energy consumption in the production
  • Does technical consulting of the production
  • Develops employees with regular trainings and briefing
YOUR SKILLS
  • 5 minimum years' experience in Maintaining and Operating manufacturing equipment and other production facility related equipment with a strong electrical background.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of, Allen Bradley software ie. RS Logix 5000, PLC 5, SLC 500 Factory Talk View Software, Siemens Safety PLC's, Sick Safety PLC's, Various instrumentation control devices and Software.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing preventive/predictive maintenance systems.
  • Experience with a CMMS system.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills to ensure ability to organize robust planning and scheduling methods.
  • Must have strong leadership skills to ensure effectiveness of Mechanical/Electrical Resources in key maintenance related issues.
