Faculty Position in Cancer Biology
Wake Forest School of Medicine and the NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist are seeking investigators of all ranks to fill faculty positions in Cancer Biology. Specific areas of interests include signal transduction, cancer genomics and metabolism, redox biology, tumor microenvironment, therapeutic development, stem cells, and animal models of cancer. Partnerships with the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, the Sticht Center for Healthy Aging and Alzheimer’s Prevention, the Center for Precision Medicine, the Center on Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism, and other research entities provide a dynamic environment for cutting edge multidisciplinary research.
Candidate requirements include PhD and/or MD degree, established independent research program, and active funding (especially for the established investigators).
