Gilead has declared Hematology-Oncology as one of the key therapeutic areas for future growth. Our current focus is in relation to triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) but we are also considering expansion into multiple solid tumours and growing our pipeline in immuno-oncology through internal research, partnerships and acquisitions.

Reporting to the BU Director, you ensure the administrative management of sales and the BU Director, in compliance with deadlines and internal and regulatory procedures.

Main activities

Marketing Secretariat

- Administrative management of sales activities

- Secretariat and travel of the BUD

- Organization of BU meetings

- Help with the creation and formatting of internal document presentations

- Respect, sharing and monitoring of internal procedures in force (regulatory, financial, administrative).

Finance

- Budget monitoring. Management and follow-up of Invoices (launch, follow-up, closing of POs).

- Periodic closings and justification of provisions, in partnership with the Finance department

Legal

- Drafting and monitoring of adapted service provider contracts, in collaboration with project managers

- Registration and monitoring of all service provider contracts

Operations carried out by the sales teams

- Management of active lists and promotional material stock

- Administrative and logistical support for operations carried out by the sales teams

DMOS

- Writing and monitoring of DMOS files for collaboration contracts

- Drafting of professional health contracts,

- Management of the payment of fees / expense report for health professionals

- Classification of these elements

- Update of dashboards on the follow-up of DMOS files

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Education and experience: Bac + 2 secretarial work and two years of experience

- Knowledge: Pack office

- Qualities required: Adaptable, organized, discreet and rigorous, you are recognized for your sense of priorities, your spirit of Initiative, your sense of service and your commitment to the satisfaction of your contacts

- English level: basic
