Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, College of Pharmacy, Western University of Health Sciences. Candidates must have a PhD in Pharmaceutics, postdoctoral training, and strong written and spoken communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Research Requirements: The successful candidate for the Assistant Professor level is expected to establish an independent research program leading to extramural funding. Candidates should have a research focus that will complement the existing research in the Department. Teaching Requirements: The successful candidate is highly motivated to teach in both the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and the Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences programs with the experience and ability to teach Pharmaceutical Compounding and Nanotechnology, and potentially other topics in pharmaceutical sciences. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
