Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for BU routine process of sales force effectiveness:
  • Hospital / HCP coverage, segmentation and targeting
  • Sales force sizing, resource deployment and structure, territory alignment
  • Sales behavior (call / event) target setting & tracking
  • Sales target setting, allocation and forecasting
  • Sales incentive plan design, communication, calculation, payout analysis
  • Provide in-depth analytics-based and insight-driven reporting / recommendations to BU management team including sales performance, call / event execution, resource deployment, productivity / effectiveness, etc.
  • Support field sales force to drive BU/Brands strategy execution, tracking regular progress on SIs, finding issues and best practice, summarizing successful model/process
  • Serves as key member on CP&O related projects execution within BU, monitoring key indicators and progress, changing salesforce behavior and multi-channel utilization
  • Streamline / optimize sales operations process & tracking based on BU business needs
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects for BU or support CP&O initiatives


Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Solid experience in healthcare industry and sales operations / SFE BP roles
  • Strong data processing and data analytical skills
  • Good cross-functional communication and project management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and work well as a team player
  • Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment
  • Able to effectively communicate technical and qualitative information to non-technical executives through interpersonal, verbal, and written channels
  • Familiar with typical healthcare industry SFE systems / tools (Veeva, Tableau, QlikView)
