YOUR ROLE
  • Take responsibility for the transfer of existing as well as new data products into our in-house technology center
  • Take pride in setting up several offshore teams embedded in our global data & analytics product organization
  • Actively participate in cross-functional DevOps teams using agile methods to deliver high business value with our data products & services
  • Run sourcing projects, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and stable IT services including selecting the right candidates
  • Facilitate DevOps approach by focusing on automation, continues integration, continues deployment and quality assurance
  • Define how to safeguard business needs with the 'service model' e.g. support times, ticket resolution, continuous improvement
  • Manage build-up and knowledge transfer of service teams to ensure high quality data products
  • Support commercial management of products as well as cost containing of services & technologies
  • Safeguard common IT standards covering topics like compliance and other obligations
  • Address escalations towards provider & internal teams
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree or higher in computer science or related field
  • At least 7 years of international experience in IT
  • Strong skills in project/product management, DevOps, DataOps and agile practices such as Scrum
  • Very good understanding of Analytics and/or BI
  • Proven track record in offshore IT Provider and/or IT Service management
  • Good knowledge in the area of IT technology, process and information security aspects
  • Knowledge in IT operational processes such as incident-/problem and change-management and other ITIL processes
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in English; German language skill is a plus
