We're looking for leaders of the future in Biopharmaceutical Engineering The aim of this programme is to develop the future pharmaceutical supply chain engineering, operational and technical leaders. Are you a capable engineering graduate ready to utilize your skills and knowledge (coupled with the latest technology and processes) to help us deliver billions of packs of medicines to our patients every year? Develop your career Over three years and three stretching rotations, our Future Leaders Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You'll get to meet senior leaders and network with other graduates from across GSK. Take biopharmaceutical products from R&D to full-scale commercial manufacturing Project manage the introduction of new processing equipment and manufacturing technologies Investigate and solve technical problems using machine learning / data analysis Purify protein therapeutics through centrifugation, chromatography and filtration Improve the robustness of our biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes by developing mechanistic understanding of problems and implementing innovative solutions You'll be excited by the thought of: Developing your skills in an industry that's making radical changes to the way it develops and manufactures products Developing your project management skills Building an understanding of the state-of-the-art equipment we use Working with (and in) cross-functional, multi-cultural teams - delivering business critical projects Having a generous development budget to accelerate your learning Being part of a company aiming to unite science, talent and technology to get ahead of disease together You'll need: A relevant degree and be keen to learn The ability to work with and build relationships with key stakeholders To be a self-motivated and proactive graduate To be enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
