As a Safety Pharmacovigilance Manager, you will work with the Country Medical Director (CMD) and above Area Medical Team to build a strong continuous improvement, quality, collaboration and learning culture in the Medical Department. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: • Pharmacovigilance (PV) management • Governance management and attendance of Local Medical Governance Board (LMGB) meetings • Management monitoring within Medical activities • Ensure Medical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met • Develop Medical Science Liaison (MSL) excellence activities • MSL coaching • Medical Excellence Framework training to medical team members • Medical plans development and management • Medical budget tracking Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: PharmD - Pharmacist degree Experience developing learning content for professional development & training Experience with local regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and pharmacovigilance methodology Experience ensuring alignment and adherence to principles of scientific engagement and promotional practice Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Demonstrated planning and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders across multiple functions Why GSK?
