YOUR ROLE
  • Identification, evaluation and implementation of process improvements
  • Understanding and confident application of Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement
  • Exchanging and networking with the international colleagues
  • Monitoring the progress of the lean initiative project team
  • Best practice sharing and the joint development of global production system standards
  • Support for individual projects as well as global and European initiatives
  • Drives the technology analysis within investment projects to determine size, type and automation within the process
  • Defines best practice for Process Engineering technologies,
  • Does technical sign-off of regional network projects to ensure best process set up according to Safety, Sustainability, Quality and cost ambition
  • Analyzes existing process technologies to identify improvement potential across Europe
  • Develops best implemented standard for copy paste effective productivity improvements
  • Drives technology decision within major investment to support team in scoping size, type and automation within technology
YOUR SKILLS
  • Completed studies (min. Master) in Chemistry, Engineering or Production as well as related combined studies
  • Knowledge in Lean Management and Project Management is an advantage, first work experience or internships desirable
  • Think-outside-the-box attitude, curiosity, creativity and constant questioning of existing processes
  • Continuous improvement thinking while achieving short-term goals with the help of available instruments and capacities
  • Very independent, self-initiated working style, intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with colleagues in different functions and locations
  • Fluent English and German language skills
