The Center for Genomic Integrity of Institute of Basic Science (IBS-CGI) at UNIST in Ulsan, South Korea invites applications for Postdocs, PhD students, Master/PhD students and Research Assistants interested in Genetic Integrity, Chromosome Biology, Chemical Biology, Genome Research and Bioinformatics.
With UNIST (https://www.unist.ac.kr/) aiming to be among the top science universities in the world and IBS (https://www.ibs.re.kr/eng.do) having provided a transformative boost to basic research in Korea, we are able to offer a top-notch research environment. Our ambition at the CGI is to become an internationally leading Research Centre for Genome Integrity and Chromosome Biology. The IBS center has access to most generous core support. The campus is nicely located in the outskirts of Ulsan, a city of ~ one million, 15 km from the city center in a valley, surrounded by woods. Generous child care facilities are available.
