PROFESSOR OF CHEMISTRY
The Department of Chemistry of the University of Wisconsin-Madison is accepting applications for multiple positions at the tenured or tenure-track level, beginning August 2022. While preference will be given to applicants at the Assistant Professor level, applicants for Associate and Full Professor will also be considered. A Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field is required. Area of specialization within chemistry is open. Candidates for the Assistant Professor title should have the potential to develop a vibrant research program in their field of specialization. Tenured candidates must have demonstrated excellence in scholarly research, teaching, and service which meet the requirements for full or associate professor with tenure as determined by the Physical Sciences Divisional Committee. A successful candidate will be expected to develop a vibrant research program in their area of specialization, teach chemistry courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, mentor graduate and undergraduate students, perform professional and university service as appropriate, and work with other department members to accomplish diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
