An exciting postdoctoral position is immediately available for qualified and highly motivated researchers to study mechanisms involved in kidney cancer growth and metastasis in the laboratory of Dr. Yehia Daaka, Haskell Hess Professor, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, University of Florida. We are interested in validating mechanisms involved in the initiation and progression of kidney cancer and the regulation of hypoxia as novel anticancer therapeutics.

Successful candidate must hold a recent (within last three years) doctoral degree in the biomedical sciences with strong experience in the areas of biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, and pharmacology and be eligible to work in the USA. Experience in mitogenic signaling and animal models of cancer is desirable.
