YOUR ROLE

•Assist and support configuration, use, maintenance and replacement of the technical

•infrastructure, equipment and running software

•Provides technical assistance to users and other technical staff

•Installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure services

•Planning, designing, installation and support network infrastructures, equipment, servers

•and applications to achieve optimum performance

•Troubleshoots network systems to determine cause(s) of failure and resolves problems

•Proactively monitor corporate networks, servers, applications and services

•Applying IT methods and procedures

•Execution of local and global Infrastructure projects

•Work on projects and optimization of systems under operational control

•Develops security and integrity of the system to ensure protection from inappropriate

•access or destruction

•Ensures compliance with industry regulations

•Reporting on infrastructure KPIs

YOUR SKILLS

•University degree in Information technology or related area

•Preferred 1-3 years of working experience on similar positions

•Fresh graduates are also welcome

•Eager to learn and develop

•Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

•Proactive with ability to plan, organize and prioritize activities

•Responsible, customer oriented person with positive attitude

•Good communication and relationship building skills

•Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks and equipment

•Good knowledge of Windows client and server platforms and most common services (AD,DNS, DHCP)

•Good knowledge of virtualization platforms (i.e. VMware)

•Basic knowledge of DBMS (i.e. SQL, Oracle)

•General knowledge of ERP systems - SAP preferred

•At least conversational English

•Certification Microsoft MSCA/MSCE, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, ITIL will be threated as benefit

•Driving license - B category, active driver with clear record

•Ability to work in an international team

•Ability for occasional business trips
