YOUR ROLE
- Support our global Program Management Office (PMO) team in creating a global digital business platform for consumer and customer experience, intelligence and eCommerce
- Work with digital products and projects that span across Henkel's business units: Beauty Care, Laundry and Home Care and Adhesive Technologies
- Own set of responsibilities in collaboration with the Head of RAQN PMO
- Support on management meetings and monitor KPIs as well as derive optimization measures
- Assist on the concept, design and activation of global communication and change management
- Collaborate closely with high management levels, partners, and digital teams to implement successful program and project management to support digital business growth targets
- (Master) student who has successfully passed first semesters of international business or economics with focus on marketing and/or information management
- First experiences in the field of digital marketing, communication, data science or CRM are of advantage
- Fluent English language skills required
- Highly digital affinity combined with proactive attitude
- Analytical with a keen eye for detail and good self-organization skills
- Openness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with many stakeholders
- Availability as of October for six months
