YOUR ROLE
- Support the implementation of our new laboratory data platform Albert for the chemistry labs of Adhesive Technologies
- Work with users to collect feedback and feature requests and forward them to the development team
- Participate in the creation and updating of end-user documentation, Q&A's, written guides and training materials according to new feature releases
- Prepare the setup of the new laboratories to start using the platform
- Contribute to the change management of Adhesive Technologies
- Support the ad-hoc tasks that evolve out of project implementation
- Support the global team in the roll out of the platform in global product development locations of Adhesive Technologies, for example Dublin and Shanghai
- Coordinate our internal communication platforms (Teams, Yammer, SharePoint)
- Student who has successfully passed at least first 2 years of business, IT, engineering or chemistry related bachelor or master studies
- Relevant practical experience in digital projects, change management, or working in the lab
- Fluent English language skills, German language is of advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and familiar with agile working methods
- Interested in new technologies, challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to established processes
- Being a technology savvy and have a general interest in IT and digital transformation
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- Highly motivated, self-organized ambitious team player
- As a person you are outgoing, able to drive tasks and can work on different topics simultaneously
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritise your task
