RIKEN invites applications for the position of Researcher (indefinite -term employment position) in the following research area.
Harnessing the next-generation deep sequencer, our laboratory investigates the biological processes governed by RNA and translation controls. We apply comprehensive approaches including ribosome profiling to diverse biological phenomena and simultaneously interrogate the molecular mechanisms by classical biochemistry. We also aim to develop a novel technology that breaks through the challenges of the pre-existing techniques and enables us to address the regulatory dynamics of RNA and translation.
Job Description
Development of innovative approaches based on next-generation sequencing for RNA/translation study
The successful candidate is expected to conduct research and development on topics specific to the laboratory and to contribute to the management of the laboratory.
