Are you interested in supporting the timely release of reference standards to users? Are you organised, result and service-oriented? Do you have good written and oral communication skills to be able to answer users’ questions? If so, this vacancy may be the right opportunity for you.

Main responsibilities of the job: 
As Scientific Assistant – Batch release you will be assessing batch records and laboratory files and preparing related decisions while ensuring the timely communication on quality issues. You will be the contact point for users and so develop and update the Frequently Asked Questions part as well as support the implementation of the necessary IT developments.
