The Department of Computer Science of the Faculty of Sciences and the Global studies Institute of the University of Geneva invite applications for a full-time position at the level of Associate Professor in the field of Methodological Methods for Computational Diplomacy.
The candidate is expected to develop and implement new computational approaches relevant to the field of diplomacy and related domains, in connection with another concomitant and complementary position in complex system approach to governance design. This is a full charge position with courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The candidate will teach from basic subjects of computer science to specialized courses, i.e. data science, complex systems, artificial intelligence, and various modelling and simulation techniques. The successful candidate will develop cutting-edge research in the above-mentioned fields and contribute to build the domain of computational diplomacy.
