The Lee Lab in the Vascular Biology Program at Boston Children’s Hospital invites applications for multiple postdoctoral fellow positions in computational or experimental cell biology: i) Computational candidates are for the field of artificial intelligence-based analyses of live cell movies, ii) Experimental candidates are for the field of cellular motility and morphodynamics in angiogenesis and cancer. An initial appointment will be full-time for 12 months. Renewal of the appointment will be contingent upon the performance. The range of annual salary will be based on NIH postdoctoral payscale with a full benefits package. Boston Children’s Hospital is one of Harvard-affiliated hospitals. The successful candidates will hold academic appointments at Harvard Medical School and enjoy ample collaborative opportunities within Vascular Biology Program or Harvard Medical School community.

We seek qualified candidates with a strong background in either computational or experimental cell biology. Computational candidates should have expertise in at least one of machine learning, deep learning, image analysis, or computational biology. Experimental candidates should have expertise in at least one of live cell imaging, single-molecule biophysics, cell motility, cytoskeleton, mechanobiology, cancer, endothelial biology, or drug discovery. The successful candidates are expected to leverage artificial intelligence for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Those who are interested in these positions should contact Dr. Kwonmoo Lee directly (kwonmoo.lee@childrens.harvard.edu) and send a cover letter outlining their research interest,  Curriculum Vitae including contact information of three references, and PDF files of selected publications. Screening of applicants will begin immediately and will continue until the positions are filled. Boston Children’s Hospital is an equal opportunity employer.
