Postdoctoral Position at the University of Georgia

Project

We are recruiting outstanding, ambitious postdoctoral candidates with a strong background in cell biology, biochemistry, and genetics to join the lab. The projects will focus on developing pharmacological and biotechnological approaches to target cancers and infectious diseases including SARS-CoV-2 mediated infection.

Qualifications required

A PhD in biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, cancer biology, or a similar field is required. Previous research experience in animal study is essential. An excellent publication record along with advanced experience in extracellular vesicles (or exosomes), viral research, and/or CRISPR research field will be considered distinct advantages. Other experience in generating/characterizing mouse models, multi-color flow cytometry, and retroviral transduction would also be an advantage.
