YOUR ROLE
  • Provide technical support to sales projects for Henkel's product range of Thermal Interface Materials for automotive battery and e-mobility applications
  • Ensure the right product selection and assist the customer through prototyping phase and start of production
  • Work closely with our Product Development teams, giving technical inputs (application and process) to the requirement list, evaluating the performance of development products (in the lab and at equipment manufacturers), assisting product launches and technology roll-outs
  • Participate in internal and external focus teams to keep up with the technology evolution and latest developments relevant to your area of expertise, as well as giving technical inputs to market strategy activities
  • Support customer complaint processes with high technical expertise, participating in fault tree analysis processes and troubleshooting line problems directly at the customer
  • Provide technical trainings and support Tech Days internally and externally
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Materials, Chemical or Electric Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in the automotive or battery industry, ideally in e-mobility related roles
  • Knowledge in automotive battery technology
  • Knowledge in either adhesives or thermal interface products and/or application and dispensing processes is a benefit
  • Good communication and team working skills, ability to work in an international environment, Hands-on mentality
  • Project management skills to ensure cross functional team cooperation
  • Fluent English language skills, additional languages are an asset
  • Willingness to travel (40% throughout Europe and occasionally globally)
