YOUR ROLE
  • Join the Henkel Beauty Care team to develop, drive and implement a sustainability strategy and roadmap
  • Design our approach to sustainability by working with our regions and functions to capitalize on opportunities and leverage our sustainability performance to strengthen Beauty Care and hence Henkel's reputation with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and assess relevant sustainability challenges, understand stakeholder expectations towards Beauty Care and leverage this knowledge to develop concepts and capabilities
  • Work in close collaboration with the functions of Beauty Care such as marketing, R&D and supply chain on the development of concepts and the seamless integration of the sustainability into business strategies
  • Drive sustainable portfolio transformation by putting the consumer in the center what we do
  • Work with partners in Henkel Beauty Care and functions on facilitating alignment on strategic topics, supporting implementation of relevant initiatives and generating content for communication
  • Establish and manage relationships with relevant technical experts and sustainability professionals as needed to advance sustainability efforts
YOUR SKILLS
  • Excellent Master's degree in Business Administration or Science, ideally with a sustainability focus
  • Min. 8 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management preferably in the consumer goods industry with track record of developing brands with purpose and sustainable portfolio transformation
  • Understanding of the relevance of sustainability for the different business processes and functions of a globally operating company
  • Experience in leading an intercultural team with state-of-the-art communication skills
  • Proven track record in successful delivery of sustainable projects and making an impact on organization and experience to act in an international matrix organization
  • Personal passion for sustainable living and marketing related questions, independent solution concept development, innovation and technologies
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
  • Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
