Start-up Engineer- Primary Packaging Specialist

Plant in Kruševac

YOUR ROLE

•Coordinates various stakeholders needed to work collaboratively on equipment start-up and commission activities end to end process (from design to ramp up).

•Contribute to and attend Inspection and test plans, including plans for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) and IQ/OQ/PQ including centerlining.

•Engaged in development of an overall commissioning, start up and ramp up schedule, to ensure smooth transition and handover from Engineering to Commissioning and to Production (operations) providing information collected during equipment commissioning activities, start-up and ramp up.

•Coordinate availability of Packaging material, QA standards, and team members during FAT/SAT and Zero production.

•Make a Start-up Risk Assessment and action list for risk mitigation.

•Prepares and maintains up to date files, records and reports on status and progress of start-up and planned actions

•Record learnings, create troubleshooting manual and maintenance plan useful for existing and future projects

•Support and lead process improvement initiatives in support of Production teams.

•Cooperate and support operators team training and provide technical guidance on unusual or complex problems ensuring start up and fast ramp up.

•Supporting others investment/engineering projects

YOUR SKILLS

•University degree in mechanical, chemical, technology, electrical, manufacturing, production engineering (preferred)

•Capable to work independently

•Understanding of consumer product industry

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

•Ability to lead and motivate others

•Ability to negotiate with, and persuade others

•Result-oriented mindset

•Confidence to respond positively when under pressure

•Efficiency and organization

•Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels

•Strong financial and analytical skills to drive complex analyses

•Business skills, as you may be responsible for managing budgets, leading a team and liaising with suppliers

•Computer skills

•Capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures

•Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills

•Availability to travel abroad
