  • Het opzetten van een "continuous improvement" concept voor locatie Scheemda, gekoppeld aan het Henkel Productie Systeem
  • Project Management gebaseerd op het CI concept op de locatie
  • Organisatie en uitvoering van "continuous improvement" workshops en HPS trainingen
  • Definiëren en toezicht houden op CI KPI's
  • Afhandeling van taken gerelateerd aan duurzaamheid (Sustainability)
YOUR SKILLS
  • 3 jaar ervaring in Lean
  • Bereid om continu te verbeteren
  • Bachelor opleiding
  • Team speler
  • Bereid om bij te dragen aan duurzaamheidsverbeteringen
  • Vloeiend in de Nederlandse & Engelse taal
