ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for performing and troubleshooting immunoassays, while applying these methods to a broad range of biotherapeutics for early and late stage products in a GMP environment.
•Contribute to development, qualification, transfer of immunoassays.
•Documenting and reporting lab work according to GMP practices.
•Author test methods and technical reports.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM: B.S degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related field with 1+ years of experience in developing Immuno-based assays for biotherapeutic drug candidates.
DESIRABLE:
Experience in GxP (GLP, GMP) working environment
Experience with laboratory data systems (ELN & LIMS)
Experience with biotherapeutic development organization.
Hands on experience or working knowledge in handling of Nephelometry instruments
OTHER ATTRIBUTES DESIRABLE:
• Comfortable and effective in a team-based, fast-paced environment where multi-tasking required
• Comfortable giving presentations in group meetings
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
