The blending of research with patient care is at the heart of everything we do. The institution is a comprehensive cancer center whose purposes are the treatment and control of cancer, the advancement of biomedical knowledge through laboratory and clinical research, and the training of scientists, physicians, and other health care workers. The Krebs Laboratory is currently seeking a highly motivated candidate for a postdoctoral position. The ideal candidate has a background in molecular biology, radiochemistry, cell engineering, imaging or radiotherapy. The primary focus of the Krebs Laboratory is the development and preclinical evaluation of imaging and radiotheranostic agents in conjunction with cellular engineering. Our operation spans from bench to bedside, including researchers performing basic chemistry, cellular biology and animal research. As such, new candidates not only need to be experts in their fields, they also must bring a high level of motivation to immerse themselves in a high-level collaborative and interdisciplinary environment, bridging the boundaries between various disciplines. Candidates for this position must have obtained a PhD or MD level of education.
