Post-Doctoral Position
The post-doctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Singla at the
University of Central Florida, College of Medicine, Orlando. Candidates are expected to have experience in both cell culture and animal models to perform research on diabetes and or cancer drug-induced cardiovascular and muscle diseases. Technical expertise in cell culture, molecular biological techniques, immunohistochemical and CRISPR technology will be preferred.
The candidate should have a Ph.D. in life sciences with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be independent, capable of writing and editing manuscripts, willing to train and work with lab members, and perform other lab responsibilities as required by the research such as maintaining lab equipment, ordering lab supplies etc.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who are eligible, highly motivated and interested are encouraged to apply.
