YOUR ROLE
- Plans for and executes Customer Technical Request Testing, reports and communicates with field technical customer service teams
- Ensures laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety is checked in compliance with local regulations
- Standardizes and develops new test methods and supports ongoing harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
- Supports and ensures completion of Root Cause Analysis and all product performance evaluation
- Prepares test reports and makes presentations to internal work group or department
- Supports internal and external technical requests and projects
- Leads communicates in scope of products tests and validation with technical customer support teams
- Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred
- Good communication skill in Korean and English is preferred
- Able to work at Cheonan plant for six months
