YOUR ROLE
  • Perform/support completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints
  • Provide technical resource and assessment to market while supporting "must win" projects and programs
  • Complete Customer Technical Request Testing and Reports within the TCS database or equivalent, including 'customer ready' reports
  • Run and upkeep laboratory equipment, lead/support ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
  • Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
  • Support internal and external technical requests and projects
  • Responsible for CAPRIS/ACE and TCS database documentation of the performed lab activities
  • Write customer facing reports for the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs, Marketing, PD and Innovations or project team
  • Responsible for directly communicating with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs or project team
  • Train Sales/Marketing and other TCS personnel on products
  • Perform customer lab demonstrations and customer training
YOUR SKILLS
  • Completed vocational training as a Lab Technician (d/f/m) + additional degree as a Technician (d/f/m) or higher; alternatively a qualification as a Mechanical Engineer (d/f/m) or Chemical Technician (d/f/m)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a lab, experience working with Adhesives
  • Passion to support customers requests and evolving needs
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Good team player able to work in an international and cross-functional team
  • Agility and flexibility towards shifting priorities and new customer requirements
  • Good attention to details for lab work accuracy
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
