Deine Aufgaben
- Anwendungstechnische Beurteilung industriell hergestellter Musterteile und Ermittlung von physikalischen/ analytischen Kenndaten
- Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung der Laborausrüstung sowie für die Standardisierung von Testmethoden
- Durchführung von maschinengeführten Tests im Technikum mit Fokus auf Klebstoffe für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen in der Holz- und Möbelindustrie
- Objektprüfung der hergestellten Bauteile mit anschließender Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Unterstützung bei der Ursachenanalyse und bei der Planung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei allen produktspezifischen Leistungsreklamationen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Qualitätsstandards
- Erstellung und Dokumentation von Testberichten
- Unterstützung bei laufenden Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (d/m/w)
- Interesse an mechanischen Testverfahren und an Arbeit mit Holz sowie Möbelteilen
- Berufserfahrung im vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit physikalischen und analytischen Messgeräten (Viskosimeter, IR)
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Initiative und Teamgeist
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
