The Laboratory of Proteomics and Protein Post-translational Modifications (https://benmay.uchicago.edu/faculty/zhao/reference) is recruiting enthusiastic scientists to take key roles in studying biology of metabolism-mediated protein post-translational modification pathways and epigenetic regulation (references: Science Advances, 7, eabe 2771, 2021; Nature, 574, 575, 2019; Nature, 2020, 574, p.575; Mol Cell, 70, 663, 2018; Nature Communication, 9, 3374, 2018; Nature Rev Mol Cell Biol, 2017, 18, 90; Mol Cell, 2016, 162, 194; Nature Chem Biol, 2014; Cell, 2011, 146, 1016; Nature Chem Biol, 2010. 7, p. 58;) (Our google scholar page: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=Dh4L5NYAAAAJ&hl=zh-CN). Qualifications include a Ph.D. degree with strong background in biochemistry and metabolism. Experience with physiology and genetics will be a plus but not required.
