YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for leading development and delivery of automations of manual processes to solve business problems and ensuring their quality and success
  • Define technical specifications of the Automation architecture and holistic support of the Automation solution
  • Responsible for technical design, development & maintenance of RPA and Chatbot applications & their associated components
  • Translate the customer's business requirements to define Automation value proposition and solution scope
  • Analyze client processes, and identifies Automation opportunities
  • Recommend Automation approach and strategy based on analysis and client Automation maturity
  • Provide continuous advice and best practices to Automation developers and Project Manager related to delivery approach and strategy
  • Drive Proof of Concept efforts on new technologies emerging in automation space
YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, technical Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as a RPA/Chatbot Developer or Architect
  • Knowledge of architecting IT applications, data modeling and business analysis techniques, business concepts/ processes
  • Knowledge of a programming language (C#, Python, JavaScript, VB or similar) is beneficial
  • Project management skills experiences required
  • Experience with large, multi-national projects and teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication is a must
