YOUR ROLE
- Support internal and external technical requests, product evaluations and must-win projects
- Complete technical request testing in the laboratory based on customer applications, questions and requirements
- Write customer-ready reports for the field Sales/TCS teams, Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing, Product Development, Innovations or project team
- Responsible for documentation of the performed lab activities in lab TCS databases and other systems
- Responsible for directly communicating and collaborating with the field Sales/TCS teams, KAMs, PD or project team
- Perform lab demonstrations and trainings during customer visits in our laboratories
- Support training of Sales/Marketing and other TCS personnel on products and applications
- Perform/support completion of Root Cause Analysis on all product performance related complaints if and when they arise
- Run and upkeep laboratory equipment, lead/support ongoing standardization, harmonization, and administration of laboratory test methods
- Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
- Completed vocational training as a Lab Technician (d/f/m) + additional degree as a Technician (d/f/m) or higher
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a lab, experience working with Adhesives or knowledge in tissue and towel, packaging & labeling product design or manufacturing
- Passion to support customers requests and evolving needs
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Good team player able to work in an international and cross-functional team
- Agility and flexibility towards shifting priorities and new customer requirements
- Good attention to details for lab work accuracy
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
