The mass spec group is well equipped with modern instrumentation including Exploris 480, Eclipse Tribrid, Q Exactive Plus, Orbitrap Fusion Tribrid, Synapt G2S with both H/DX and IM, Xevo G2-XS, Orbitrap XL, NanoUPLC, UHPLC and other supporting instrumentation and associated data analysis software. Basic Qualifications: B.S. with 6+ years of experience or M.S. with at least 2 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry Hands-on experience in protein characterization and data analysis using mass spectrometry, including intact. reduced LC-MS and peptide mapping LC-MS/MS workflows Hands-on experience and troubleshooting HPLC/UPLC Preferred Qualifications: Scientific and working knowledge in protein structure and function Scientific and working knowledge in glycosylation of proteins and/or glycomics analysis Experience in biopharmaceutical development, supporting FTIH through commercial Motivated with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
