Responsibilities:
  • Lead software development projects and provide guidance on architecture
  • Coordinate Project development activities including requirements analysis, testing, code reviews and troubleshooting
  • Proactively addresses obstacles in order to meet team goals
  • Responsible for ensuring system support requests and issues are completed and resolved in accordance with applicable system SOPs and WRKs.

Essential Functions:
  • Designs and tests new systems and upgrades in existing systems
  • Understands software development lifecycles and agile development methodologies
  • Partner effectively with Business Teams in translating deep understanding of data, business needs and regulatory requirements into appropriate user requirements, system configurations, ad hoc user acceptance tests and validation acceptance tests
  • Recommends and implements process improvements
  • Analyze third party tools for given requirements
  • Participates in the development, review and implementation of processes, SOPs and associated documents affecting Systems team and our business partners

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with DevOps as Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Experience working as Technical Project Manager


Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
  • Hands on experience with C#, .Net, Angular, SQL
  • Experience with different databases and services available in AWS including AWS Lambda
  • Must demonstrate proficiency with relational databases and system integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Typically requires a BS degree in computer science or equivalent and minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience working in a regulated industry is plus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
