Role and Responsibilities:

This position is part of the Supply Chain Team and is responsible for coordinating out-bound logistics. The role specializes in the shipping of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), intermediates, raw materials and analytical samples while following the strict guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities include:
  • Generation of shipping, trade and regulatory documents,
  • Coordinating shipments with on-site departments and external sites,
  • Working with third party logistics companies (3PL)
  • Problem-solving customs and regulatory related issues.


Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
  • A Highschool Diploma and 6+ years of related experience OR 2+ years and a BS/BA
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Word knowledge
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced working environment that is deadline driven


Preferred Experience:
  • Oracle EBS and/or SAP
  • GMP environment
  • Dangerous Goods (TDG and IATA)
  • Coordinating shipping with 3PL companies
