Program Coordinator will coordinate all details of the Stem Cell Transplant Program, include development of program materials, marketing, and education modules. Act as the program's liaison with other clinical departments, Patient Access and Patient Education to facilitate program development. Provides input in the development of the program materials and services. Coordinate the dissemination and publication of program materials, including education seminars for providers, the Stem Cell Transplant website, and referral resources.

Accreditation Coordination - Complete data procurement required by regulatory agencies including FACT and others. Coordinate site visits with stem cell-transplant accrediting bodies, third party programs, and other agencies as required. Package information for each site visit compliant with industry standards.

Administrative Coordination - Coordinate In-Patient, Out-Patient, and On-Call schedules for SCT Clinical providers, including physicians, APPs, and trainees. Provide administrative support to stem cell transplant faculty, including SCT Section Chief. Coordinate functions between clinical, research, and administration for the SCT program.

Resource Management - Create and implement best practices to ensure optimized level of productivity and efficiency for the program.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Education preferred: Master's degree.

Required Experience: Three years project/program coordination experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, one year of required experience.

Preferred Experience: Submission of Grants, Protocols, working with the Stem Cell Pediatrics Team. Heavy Data entry. Working with categorizing, library, endnotes; working with our Fellows in submitting abstracts. Supporting two doctors with Administrative function in keeping track, documenting and updating all certifications. Owning and organizing quarterly spreadsheets.
