If so, this Sr. Manager, Value Evidence Outcomes (VEO) could be an exciting opportunity to explore. As a Sr. Manager, Oncology Value Evidence Outcomes, you will support the Oncology VEO in the planning, generating and delivering health outcomes and economic evidence across the different stages of drug development to demonstrate the value of our medicines to payers, regulators, healthcare providers, and patients. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Support development of global value evidence tactics to ensure a robust integrated evidence plans for prioritized oncology assets. Plan and execute health outcomes and economic research studies to support global medical engagement and scientific dissemination Lead the validation of real-world evidence study protocols, study reports, PRO analyses, economic models, value dossiers to accelerate LOC adaptions for global payer submissions Timely development and delivery of health economic evaluations and appropriate tools to support products. Ensures studies address LOC needs; develop dissemination plans & leverage data for payer discussions Support early scientific engagement with external HTA and policy stakeholders to refine global integrated evidence plans Collaborate with LOC and global matrix partners to ensure robust and fit-for purpose insights to inform evidence planning Engage external experts, payers, and consultancies in support of securing insights and deliverables for key clinical development milestones Why you? Basic Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Health outcomes, patient reported outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, health or life sciences. Two or more years experience in health outcomes or an aligned discipline/function Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Doctorate level (e.g. PhD, Pharm D) or higher-level degree with commensurate industry and business qualification Experience in oncology desirable by not mandatory Pharmaceutical experience that includes: Drug development and/or and launch experience in support of value evidence generation Global R&D and/or LOC experience Ability to see solutions to complex, unique situations where Scientific Engagement principles can be applied Strong communications and teamworking skills to work effectively in a complex matrix environment. Self-motivated ownership and accountability for projects, move them forward, and deliver with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge in key areas including economic modelling and observational studies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
