Senior Researcher and Post-Doctoral Position

(Neuron and Endocrine Degeneration, Innate Immunity)

 

Department of Pharmacology, Medical School University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

Fields of study: motor neuron degeneration, neuron-endocrine regulation, and immunity

Experimental systems:

a) 3D-organ culture of neural muscular junction (NMJ)

b) hypothalamus-pituitary regulation/signaling in aging/stress 

c) hormonal regulation of innate immunity and exosome secretion

d) CRISPR-edited genetic mouse models

 

Techniques:

a) in vivo (mouse dissection, surgery, imaging and virus packaging/delivery)

b) in vitro (engineering 3D NMJ culture, molecular/biochemical/cellular biology, FLOW, microscopy)

 

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in a medical/life science discipline
  • first-author publications
