Postdoctoral Fellow (in situ liquid- and gas-phase TEM)
Our group is recruiting exceptional and highly motivated postdoctoral scientists with experience in electron microscopy, nanomaterials, and/or microfabrication. Our interdisciplinary research group explores nanoscale physical and chemical processes using in situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
The successful applicant should have a Ph.D. in physics (preferred), materials sciences, chemistry, or related disciplines, with a proven ability for outstanding research that is reflected in his/her publication record. Considerable skills in microfabrication, inorganic chemistry, and/or electron microscopy are required. Experience in a subset of the following areas is desirable: materials synthesis, inorganic chemistry, machine learning, and facility for programming in Python, MATLAB, and Python.
Interested applicants should send a detailed CV, which includes a list of his/her publications and a list of three references. All the inquiries should be made via e-mail (mirsaidov_AT_nus.edu.sg) and addressed to Prof. Utkur Mirsaidov (www.mirsaidov.org), Physics Department, National University of Singapore.
