Job description:

1)Develop overall strategies, messaging and tactics for HIV market development

2) Develop a marketing strategy and manage key strategic and tactical planning and operate key initiatives for HIV prevention/ Truvada for PrEP

3) Educate key stakeholders for the importance of early HIV diagnosis' and PrEP' through unbranded marketing campaign

4) Collaborates closely with HIV cross-functional team to ensure alignment on marketing direction and coordinated efforts for the success of the HIV business unit

5) Effectively manages multiple agencies to ensure appropriate support for market development activities

6) Closely manage and achieve promotional and media budget targets for assigned programs

7) Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies

8) Actively seek for other opportunities for HIV treatment and prevention in special population

9) Other general marketing activities as a member of the marketing team in HIV

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree required

- At least 7-year experience in pharmaceutical industry

- Good interpersonal skills with relevant stakeholders

- Experience managing cross-functional teams or work group preferred

- Experience in project management preferred

- At least 3 year experience in pharmaceutical marketing in addition to the above qualifications (specialty marketing is preferred)
