Clinical Associate - Gastroenterology
The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Gastroenterology, is seeking a full-time gastroenterologist for appointment as a Clinical Associate for a renewable term of up to two years. Clinical responsibilities will include seeing outpatients in general GI at our on-site clinics in the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine (DCAM) and at off-site locations, including our new state of the art Centers for Advanced Care in Orland Park, River East and/or South Loop in Chicago. In addition, the appointee will serve on the inpatient consult service at the Hyde Park campus. This position does not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications.
Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be BC/BE in gastroenterology.
