This is for Non-PhDs and is a laboratory-based position. Candidate should have a strong background and understanding of immune response and immunology of the vaccine-induced protection. Candidate will be responsible to develop and perform various primary immune cell -based and serological assays to monitor the cellular and antibody immune responses elicited by vaccine candidates from different platforms, like protein subunit, RNA and adjuvant-vaccines. This position will also be responsible for regular laboratory maintenance, update sample inventory for different studies and preparing samples for testing. As needed, you will also assist with molecular and virology work to generate plasmid constructs for RNA and reverse genetic virus stocks plus optimizing RNA vaccines.
