Blood 2015; Kim et al. Blood 2017; Li et al. Circulation 2019). The postdoc associate will study the mechanism mediating intravascular cell-cell interactions and vascular occlusion in thromboinflammation using the state-of-the-art techniques including, but not limited to, real-time intravital microscopy, gene knockdown/editing (CRISPR/Cas9), in situ and in vivo proximity ligation assays, CyTOF, and animal disease models.
