Postdoctoral position available to study inflammation and immuno-oncology in the Department of Pharmacology, Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT.

My laboratory has been studying various signaling pathways, including Wnt and GPCR-coupled ones, for their roles in leukocyte functions with emphasis on inflammation and tumor immunology.  We are using various biochemical, molecular and cell biological, structural biological, genomic (including CRISPR/Kas9 screening, single cell sequencing and multiomic sequencing, etc), proteomic, and mouse model approaches.  We have made important contributions to characterization of Wnt signaling mechanisms (Mol. Cell 7, 801; Nat Genet. 37, 945; Science 321, 1350; JCB, 200, 419; Nature Comm. 6,8205), a novel tumor immune evasive mechanism (Nat. Med. doi:10.1038/nm.4496), cell migration mechanisms and their roles in inflammatory and vascular diseases (Nature Medicine 22: 1033-42;; Cell Report 14,734; Dve. Cell 27,215; Nature Cell Biology 4, 686; Dev. Cell 21, 1038, Immunity 33, 340, JCI 118, 195, S, Nat. Cell Biol. 7, 399, Cell 114, 215, Science 287, 1046).  We continue working along these lines with increased emphasis on tumor immunity and inflammation.

Competitive salary and excellent work environment are offered. Self-motivated individuals with an advanced degree in any area of biomedical sciences and specially those who are skilled in immunobiology are encouraged to apply.  Please send CV and names of three references to:
