North Carolina State University seeks talented candidates for a tenure track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Textile Engineering, Chemistry and Science (TECS). The successful candidates will have a background or a strong interest in the chemistry of polymers, dyes, textiles, fibers, finishing, or color science and imaging.  Candidates should demonstrate strong potential for both teaching excellence in our Polymer & Color Chemistry undergraduate program and Fiber, Polymer & Science doctoral program, as well as, for establishing an active research program. We are particularly interested in candidates who are enthusiastic to work with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds and are committed to improving access to higher education for students and faculty from underrepresented groups.
