Tenure Track Faculty Position

Lemole Center for Integrated Lymphatics Research (LCILR)

Department of Cardiovascular Sciences

Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University

The Lemole Center for Integrated Lymphatics Research (LCILR) at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University seeks to recruit a tenure-track faculty scientist at the levels of Assistant or Associate Professor.

Qualified applicants will have Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degrees, have completed rigorous training and demonstrated the ability to develop an independent, extramurally-funded research laboratory.  The LCILR supports multidisciplinary research to study a variety of diseases focusing on the lymphatic system and preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated expertise and successful track record in these areas.

The Lemole Center for Integrated Lymphatics Research was recently established at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University (LKSOM) by a generous gift from Dr. Gerald M. Lemole, with a strong belief that an interdisciplinary research approach, with a particular focus on the lymphatic system, should be a major research effort in modern medicine: https://medicine.temple.edu/departments-centers/research-centers/lemole-center-integrative-lymphatics-research-0/about.

Candidates are expected to establish and maintain an extramurally funded research program and to actively participate in the academic and service missions of the Center and LKSOM. Interested candidates should submit their applications (including curriculum vitae, a concise research summary, statements of research and teaching, and names and contact information for three references) online: https://bit.ly/3q80x3e

Please address all applications to: Dr. Michael Autieri, Director, LCILR, Temple University School of Medicine, C/O Jessica Vega, Sr. Physician/Faculty Recruiter, Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Email:  jessica.vega@tuhs.temple.edu
