ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, I&I MA Capabilities is an exciting new role within Global Capabilities Team in I&I Medical Affairs. The Senior Manager will lead innovative, complex, cross-functional learning projects on behalf I&I of Medical Capabilities team that result in the stated deliverables on time, within budget, and with the full engagement of therapeutic area partners. Working closely with Medical Academy Lead, the Senior Manager will develop and implement best-in-class e-learnings to help I&I Medical Affairs colleagues globally be experts with a deep knowledge of our medicines and the Inflammation & Immunology therapeutic area.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops innovative e-learning ideas and leads development of learning modules across Rheumatology, Dermatology and Gastroenterology therapeutic areas
- Works with Medical Academy Directors and TA experts to establish instructional goals and learning objectives
- Work closely with Medical/digital agency to develop and implement interactive and engaging modules
- Researching, evaluating, and integrating new and emerging eLearning trends and technology
- Revamp less effective established e-learning modules
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-10 years of experience
- BA/BS degree required
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Matrix management, cross functional working experience and collaboration
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in dealing with change and diversity
- Agency management
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree
- Training experience including instructional design, curriculum development and use of digital technology in learning
- Medical Affairs/Medical Education Agency experience
- Familiar with a wide variety of e-learning authoring tools e.g. Adobe Captivate, Storyline by Articulate to design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning
